Synopsis:

All year the half-bloods have been preparing for battle against the Titans, knowing the odds of victory are grim. Kronos’s army is stronger than ever, and with every god and half-blood he recruits, the evil Titan’s power only grows.

While the Olympians struggle to contain the rampaging monster Typhon, Kronos begins his advance on New York City, where Mount Olympus stands virtually unguarded. Now it’s up to Percy Jackson and an army of young demigods to stop the Lord of Time. In this momentous final book in the New York Times best-selling Percy Jackson and the Olympians series, the long-awaited prophecy surrounding Percy’s sixteenth birthday unfolds. And as the battle for Western civilization rages on the streets of Manhattan, Percy faces a terrifying suspicion that he may be fighting against his own fate.

My rating: ★★★★★

I completely loved the ending! It was very satisfying, even though its a little sad that the series has come to an end.

So anyway, Kronos advances on New York City to get to Olympus and destroy it. But of course, Percy, Annabeth, Grover, and the rest of Camp Half-blood (plus others :P) help to defend Olympus.

There is so much action and adventure in this book, its awesome! Plus its full of unending humor. Oh, and guess what? Pandora's Box isn't a box... its a jar! lol

Overall, I thought this series was a very good read. I love Greek mythology, but the books were also a very easy read. I personally haven't really studied Greek mythology, but you actually learn a lot from these books.

Have you read this book? If so, what did you think about it? If not, what do you think? Does it sound like something you might want to read? Leave me a comment! :)
